Translation Services
Translation only $60.00 per page. The following is the turnaround time for the translation of documents.

Process Server Services
All Individuals, Small or Large Business or Law Firms that do not have Service on Regular basis, do not need to set up an account.
*******The only requirement is pre-payment.
• First Defendant in Orange,County Standard Fee $64.00 ( Pre-Paid or Pay by Credit Card)
• First Defendant in most all other counties in California. Standard Fee $99.00 ( Pre-Paid or Pay by Credit Card)
• For each additional defendant at same address - $ 45.00
• For each additional address same defendant Same County- $ 45.00
• additional defendant different address in Orange County $ 60.00
• additional defendant different address most other counties - $100.00
3 Day Pay or Quit Notices - $ 75.00
RUSH Service add $40.00 to above charges (will be attempted in 48 hrs. or less)
Same Day add $60.00 (Will be Attempted Same Day)
Appointment Serve add $35.00 - $55.00 to above charges
(When the server must be at specific place/time to complete.

Bank Levy's & Wage Garnishment • $150.00 for Orange County, Please call for price quote & details for all other counties.
Field Locates • $40.00 plus cost for going to 2nd address
(if the address given by the client is not good/bad address and the server locates a new address and serves the documents at the new address then you will be charged for our office going to the new address provided by your office, the field locate fee & the 2nd address fee.)
Court Appearance • $60.00 per hr.
Difficult Serves are subject to additional charges. A Difficult Serve is any serve that has been attempted 3 or more times and is believed by FM and Associates that the person being served is avoiding service or not able to be contacted in the usual manner.
